MY NAME IS LAYCIE
I am a lifestyle and portrait photographer, photographing people across the Central West, NSW.
I am a Wailan/Yuin woman from a small town called Gulargambone and for almost a decade now I have lived in Dubbo, NSW.
One of my absolute favourite things to do is to sit back and observe. As a photographer there is nothing I enjoy more than watching others fall into that moment where they are unguarded and free. It is one of the best things to witness; it's even better when I have a camera in my hands.

My home is filled with unhinged chaos and a whole lot of sarcasm. As a mum of three, I survive on coffee, books and what my family love to describe as a weird taste in music. I am an introvert to my core but with over ten years (and counting) of spending every moment cheering my kids on at every sporting or school event and all of their beautiful milestones along the way, I've learned to get lost in the chaos, learned to find the fun, the laughter, and all of the sweet moments in between.
As your photographer, I want you to feel comfortable and to enjoy the moment. When the kids are running wild and you have to urge to reign in the chaos, I encourage you to sit back and watch. That's where I find that the best kind of chaos happens. I will capture it all so that when you walk away from your session with me, you are able to cherish the time spent together.

I come from a massive family. I am one of nine!
